Audrey Powell
Audrey Powell has been a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist for 14 years and has been with Crossroads Therapy Clinic since January 2020.
Audrey earned her bachelor's degree from Texas Christian University and her master's degree from the University of Texas at Dallas. Before joining Crossroads, Audrey worked in another private practice setting in Fort Worth, gaining valuable experience working with a diverse range of clients.
Audrey takes a client-centered approach, focusing on the unique needs of each person she works with. She has gained invaluable skills and techniques from Talk Tools speech and feeding courses such as, Tethered Oral Tissues, Sensory Motor Approach to Feeding, Sensory Motor Approach to Apraxia, Oral Placement Therapy, as well as other programs like SOFFI-Supporting Oral Feeding in Fragile Infants, Kaufman, PROMPT, SOS feeding, and more. She is committed to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest trainings.
Outside of her professional life, Audrey is a devoted wife and mother of three children who keep her busy with their extracurricular activities and school functions. Their two dogs and cat add a lot of love to the household. In her own time, Audrey finds joy in both outdoor recreation and creative projects.
