SOFFI Method
Our smallest eaters need nutrition the most, but sometimes cannot feed properly. Let us help.
Children and adults need to eat 3 times a day to maintain good nutrition habits. Newborns and infants up to 6 months need to eat between 6 to 12 times a day. It is for this reason that infants are the most vulnerable population when it comes to eating problems. And their problems are unique.
Our staff has been trained to specifically deal with the eating/feeding problems of newborns and infants. We have received Supporting Oral Feeding in Fragile Infants training (SOFFI) which allows us to diagnose and treat feeding/eating problems in NICU infants, newborns, and children up to six months of age. Contact us today if you are a new mother and want to learn more about how we can help our smallest of eaters.
